With the Data Coaching spectrum Dennis and/or John will review, with the driver, all digital media supplied, video media as well as data acquisition.

Data Acquisition

With regards to data acquisition, the drive will supply all needed equipment or use the systems that Macchio Driver Coaching (COMING SOON see note) has to offer. While analyzing the data, Dennis or John, will explain to the driver what they are seeing on the screen, what it means and relates to and how to adjust to fully utilize this new information.

The goal of data acquisition analysis is not to completely learn how to drive from this information but rather to fine tune your driving and put together those "missing pieces" that a driver might have that costs them tenths of seconds.

COMING SOON, Macchio Driver Coaching will be able to offer data acquisition ability to drivers that do not already have the instruments available to them.

Video Review

With the video review option the driver is to supply Dennis or John with a dvd or cd with the video files on it. They will then review the video and make notes in regards to the time in the video and what they are seeing. The Instructor will then call the driver and review the video with them calling attention to the time in the video and explaining what they see.

This addition to Macchio Driver Coaching has proved to be rather successful for those that are able to have the video equipment but unable to schedule for an instructor to be at the track or work with them on a particular day.
